Theraphosa apophysis - Pinkfoot Goliath Birdeating Tarantula

Introduction: Introducing the Theraphosa apophysis, also known as the Pinkfoot Goliath, a spectacular and lesser-known cousin of the famed Goliath Birdeater. Originating from the remote regions of South America, this species is renowned for its striking appearance, marked by vibrant pink feet that contrast beautifully against its dark body. With a leg span that can exceed 9-10 inches, it's one of the largest tarantulas in the world. The Pinkfoot Goliath is not just a tarantula; it's a living, breathing piece of natural art, making it a prized addition for any serious tarantula collector. Care Details: Temperature: Ideal temperatures for the Theraphosa apophysis range from 65 to 75°F (24 to 29°C). These conditions encourage active feeding and growth. Humidity: This species thrives in a high humidity environment, around 80-90%. Despite this, water dishes are not necessary in my setup. Housing: One of the few species that I do recommend larger enclosures.  For the larger specimens, y
