USCS 10230 - Cooling Water Scale and Corrosion Inhibitor

USCS 10230 is the mainstay treatment product for open recirculating towers with hard water/high alkalinity make-up water and copper in the system. This product is ideal to treat the cooling tower water which goes to a chiller. The product is a blend of excellent Calcium Carbonate (CaCO3) scale inhibitors and corrosion inhibitors for yellow metal corrosion inhibition. Dose product (USCS 10230) at 100-250 ppm in the tower/blowdown water. May be used with oxidizing biocides, but the dosage of bleach or bromine should be maintained as low as possible, just enough to accomplish the elimination of microbiological growth.
