Featuring a tapered, narrow palm piece and two finger design, the Hot Shot High Bar grip is perfect for gymnasts just starting to use dowel grips or gymnasts who prefer to feel more of the bar with their palm.  Easy to break in and is a versatile design that is perfect for a variety of sizes and skill levels. Ideal for beginner levels and athletes with a small or narrow hand. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR gymnasts weighing over 100 pounds; advanced level, high school, or college level athletes; or athletes performing release skills.
