The Hart Steel straight razor's hex nut assembly allows you to easily swap out one scale for another to keep things interesting. So of course a hex nut assembly is NOT included with your interchangeble scales. If you have need of a hex nut assembly please contact Customer Service and we'll see what we can do for you. Whether you choose the sleek sophistication of a quality resin scale or the Old World allure of a premium hardwood scale the choice is all yours. Resin scales currently are only available in Black and White, Pearlex and Faux Ivory are in the manufacturing process.
