USAVinyls decals are made with high quality 6 year outdoor water resistant vinyl and professionally designed and processed. There is no background color on the decal. Background color shown in the listing is for display purposes only. Light color, primarily white, work best on car windows. If no color choice is made, the decal will be cut in the color shown which is black. Colors, other than those in the drop down list are available. They would need to be ordered which would result in a several day delay in shipment but we are happy to accommodate your color choice...message us.  Our vinyl decals are removable, but NOT reusable.
