Stage 1: N/A  .230" lift 230 degrees of duration Great for increased low end and top end, solid flat power curve to 8,000rpm Stage 2: N/A or Turbo .245" lift 236 degrees of duration Great flat curve but focused on top end high rpm power We highly recommend porting and polishing the factory head for maximum gains in horsepower.
