The Scotch arrives with smoky depth, a slow warmth of caramel and oak that settles like a proper dram. The Champagne is bright and silky, its effervescence translated into darkened milk chocolate with a finish that lifts. The Mezcal Caramel opens smooth, then releases a liquid caramel center with a quiet agave smoke on the exhale — the most quietly complex of the three.
