Sample Part Requirements & Info We do not require a full track sample. Only two connectors worth will suffice, and is required to limit shipping costs. Upon receipt, we will determine the necessary number of connectors and strands. Before shipping, you must cut the current track to the appropriate sample size.  Should you want to send the entire part, you can do so by purchasing your own label and box.  Please contact us for this option.   Alternately, you may send us precise measurements of the track by providing a detailed drawing with dimensions or by printing our grid measure on standard paper and submitting photos of all angles. Please note, this process typically requires multiple samples and the purchaser will be responsible for any subsequent labels.
