Vintage Union Made 70s Black Flower Extravaganza Dress - medium

Vintage 1970s Union Made black flower extravaganza dress! It is a gorgeous shear flower printed chiffon fabric with a black liner under the body and skirt. It has shear single fabric sleeves with an elastic band at the bottom and then ruffles out after the elastic for a whimsical fit. I also love the ruffle detail at the bottom hem as well! Fabric covered buttons at center front that are not functional. Perfect condition and has been dry cleaned by myself.  Tagged size: 12 Bust: 36" round Waist: 30" round Hip: 48" round Length: 50"  Sleeve length from armpit: 18" Fabric content: NA but best guess is an acetate liner with a polyester chiffon shell fabric Made in USA
