An up-and-coming coffee variety taking the specialty coffee industry by storm, Papayo was even used in the winning performance at the World Barista Championship in Milan this past year. Yessica Parra does outstanding work showcasing what makes Papayo special. This coffee is potently juicy and vibrant, bursting with tropical fruits like guava and lychee. Yessica ferments the depulped coffee for 60 hours in open tanks, further intensifying the natural sweetness Papayo offers.
