All of our animals are raised right here in Idaho. To ensure that we provide a satisfactory experience, our master butchers have tailored a selection that is sure to please every palate. Our Ribeye's are cut and portioned in: 14oz and 16oz selections to meet the preference of every customer. Van Lith Ranch steaks are cut into premium 1-inch steaks, conveying each bite to be full of flavor. *Every selection will be within 2oz of the selected steak size.
