Grown in one of the last uncharted countries of the world, in a wild and pristine area that has a perfect climate and rainfall for growing vanilla, these are Tahitensis variety Papua New Guinea (PNG) - Tahitensis Vanilla Beans (a hybrid of both Tahitensis and Planifolia vanilla beans). Believe it or not, how they came about is still a mystery to botanists. These particular vanilla beans are from the East Sepik Province. These vanilla beans are highly sought after, of phenomenal quality, and one of our personal favorites.
