EGR Block Off Plate Kit - 1KZ

  EGR BLOCK-OFF KIT: The Vanlife Northwest EGR Block Off Plate Kit includes everything you need to bypass the EGR system on your KZH Hiace with the 3.0 liter 1KZ-TE engine. Deleting the EGR system can increase performance and reduce the presence of black smoke. The exhaust plate comes tapped with 1/8 NPT threads if you wish to add an EGT gauge (pyrometer) to monitor your exhaust gas temperature. Kit includes: Block off plate and gasket (intake) Block off plate and gasket (exhaust) Bolts and lock washers for intake plate (2) 1/8 NPT plug for exhaust plate (if you do not want an EGT gauge) Video installation instructions Fitment: KZH100, KZH106, KZH110, KZH113, KZH116, KZH120, KZH126, KZH132, KZH138.  EGT GAUGE & POD ADD-ON: “EGT” stands for exhaust gas temperature, and is a crucial indication of your engines stability under more taxing conditions like hill climbs and extended highway usage.
