  Cheese Board Building Class — October 30th 6:30 pm @ Vaughan Cheese Counter & Bar Join us for an evening of cheese, creativity, and delicious fun. On Thursday, October 30th, Vaughan Cheese will host a hands-on Cheese Board Building Class led by Certified Cheese Professional, Megan Vaughan. You’ll learn how to select, slice, and style a perfect cheese board — from choosing American artisan cheeses to arranging accompaniments that make your board as beautiful as it is tasty. During the class, you’ll learn about the cheeses, tips, and tricks for entertaining, and create your own take-home cheese board to share (or keep all to yourself — we won’t tell).
