Skirt Steak - Outside

The Outside Skirt Steak is a nicely  marbled, long grain steak with great beefiness flavor and is extremely juicy!   It is great for grilling because it is one of the most flavorful cuts of beef, also perfect for carne asada and steak fajitas!    The grass fed skirt is also tasty with less marbling, but cooks up nicely on the grill! The strong grain also makes the skirt steak a perfect candidate for marinades.    Packages weigh approximately 1.0 - 1.5 lbs. and 2.0 - 3.0 lbs.
