Perfectly curated for a holiday meal with good friends, colleagues and family.   1 X VERGELEGEN GVB RED Our classic Bordeaux blend with a rich ruby color with an almost opaque center. Cassis, graphite, spice, and red berries abound on the nose. The delicate fruit, tannin structure, and fine acidity indicate a wine of balance and finesse reflective of the Vergelegen terroir. 1 X VERGELEGEN RESERVE CHARDONNAY An attractive lemony yellow-green color with a complex nose and palate of citrus, white peach, vanilla, butterscotch, and pineapple with mineral tones. A long and full finish that is complex and powerful, yet still elegant. 1 X VERGELEGEN MMV BRUT Lovely fine mousse with a hint of toast, citrus, spice, and baked apples. Long, lingering, and refreshing aftertaste. Disgorged 13th January 2021 after 49 months on the lees. Released October 2021.
