Story Watch straps are bound by natural law and, like everything, change over time. So we added an element to cowhide aging with a pressing of white wax. The coating creates a snow-swept veneer over the strap of your choice. With time, a unique mix of colors emerges as the white-wax finish gives way to the rich tones underneath and the strap settles into its natural patina. Eschewing the formal, this rugged strap wants an adventure where a tropical beach meets a steamy jungle. This strap has a white wax-pressed coating. The wax will fade as you wear the strap, revealing the underlying blue color. This process is the intended style and characteristic of the strap (not a defect on the coating).
