Broad Leaf Batavian Endive Seeds

Cold hardy and delicious in every way! This green was used for many years as a garnish until people finally started getting smart and began eating it! The leaves are slightly bitter with a nice deep earthy green flavor. Amazing in salads, blended up for green cold soup, or juiced. Rich in vitamins, fiber, and minerals.
