Medium-dark roasting instills Italian with robust flavor, while retaining hints of sweet caramel and milk chocolate that are characteristic of our Honduran-grown beans. Named for Maximo's sister Idalia who is the reason Guillermo met Cathy! Not as dark as our French Roast, but darker than the Vienna and the Full City.
