We added whole cumin seeds for a twist on this traditional Dutch cheese. Smooth, springy on the pallet with plenty of eye formation. Herbal, earthy, fragrant. A slight crunch from the added seeds. Cumin Kaas is aged for 3-5 month Please note there is a minimum total order requirement of 2lbs.
