THANKSGIVING BUNDLE

The Thanksgiving Giving bundle includes three half-pound cheeses: Greens Creek, Smoked Paprika Havarti, and Huizen Kaas. Also, there are honey-roasted pecans and a jar of chili pequin jam which pairs beautifully with the included cheeses. Just add crackers or a crusty bread for a perfect pre-dinner cheese board. Smoked Paprika Havarti: Our Fall seasonal! Soft and creamy. Marbled with Oak Smoked Paprika for a beautiful look, and a warm smoky finish.  Greens Creek: Made with golden milk when the cows were first grazing green pastures this spring. Gruyere style, smooth and soft with great eye formation. Naturally sweet and mellow with a hint of nuttiness. The washed rind is edible or can be added to soups or cheese sauces.  Huizen Kaas: Our take on a traditional Dutch cheese with a creamy texture. Flavor profile of honey, caramel and butterscotch. Please note there is a minimum total order requirement of 2lbs.
