THANKSGIVING BUNDLE

The Thanksgiving Giving bundle includes three half-pound cheeses: Greens Creek, Pleasant Meadow, and Huizen Kaas. Also, there are honey-roasted pecans and a jar of chili pequin jam. Pleasant Meadow: A Veldhuizen signature cheese. Creamy and soft with Swiss flavors. Grassy with hints of sweetness, a pleasant piquant finish. Greens Creek: Made with golden milk when the cows were first grazing green pastures this spring. Gruyere style, smooth and soft with great eye formation. Naturally sweet and mellow with a hint of nuttiness. The washed rind is edible or can be added to soups or cheese sauces.  Greens Creek is aged for 7 months Huizen Kaas: Our take on a traditional Dutch cheese with a creamy texture. Flavor profile of honey, caramel and butterscotch. Please note there is a minimum total order requirement of 2lbs.
