A lightly oxidized oolong from Nantou, Taiwan of large, hand-rolled leaves that unfurl over multiple steepings. Loved for its fresh, green-floral aroma. Oolong tea Steep 1 tsp of tea per 8 oz water at 175° for 3-5 minutes One ounce of tea makes approximately 8-10 servings.
