A standard grade organic Chinese sencha; pan-fired leaves brew a mild cup with a hint of sweet and vegetal notes, with a slight astringency. Organic Chinese green tea Organic Steep 1 tsp of tea per 8 oz water at 175° for 3-5 minutes One ounce of tea makes approximately 8-10 servings.
