Rooibos, apple pieces, coconut flakes, lemon peel, peach pieces, blackberry leaves, sunflower blossoms, flavor (contains coconut) Caffeine-Free Steep 1 tsp of tea per 8 oz water at 195° for 5-10 minutes One ounce of tea makes approximately 8-10 servings.
