Within 24 hours, the olive oil is produced by cold extraction."Roots"  olive oil  is truly superior extra virgin, has a distinctive taste and is high in phenolic antioxidants, the main reason why extra virgin  olive oil is so beneficial.Our extra virgin olive oil has low acidity levels (less than 0.35% when bottled) with a mild fruity aroma, moderate bitterness and a velvety touch in the mouth.It is available in bottles of 500ml and 750ml.
