Chocolate Pistoles

We sell three varieties of pistoles*. Dark Chocolate-  60% dark couverture** chocolate, gluten free, kosher, non-GMO White Chocolate – Organic, gluten free, couverture, kosher *Pistoles look like slightly larger, slightly flatter chocolate chips.  They melt more quickly and don’t need to be chopped up before adding to your baking. **Couverture is a high-quality chocolate that contains a higher percentage of cocoa butter than traditional baking or eating chocolate.  This additional cocoa butter, combined with proper tempering, gives the chocolate more sheen, a firmer “snap” when broken and a creamy mellow flavor.
