Expect occasional knots and other character marks. 4" x 6" x 1.25" sample VNC matte finish Each of our solid wood species samples is made and finished by hand, just like our tables. The sample is 4 x 6 and 1.25" thick, and comes beautifully packaged with detailed information on the species, and what you can expect when it comes to the character, color and tone.  The value of any sample purchase will be credited toward the purchase of a table.
