We mix, roll, bake them and then crack them by hand creating beautiful rustic looking crackers. Ingredients: Unbleached enriched wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), stone-ground whole-wheat flour, buttermilk, unsalted butter, Vermont maple syrup, baking soda, kosher salt. Processed in a facility that uses tree nuts; Contains wheat and dairy.
