LA Chem Cake

LA Kush Cake is a southern California staple bred by SeedJunky genetics and selected by the Jungle Boys. This cut has a pure gasoline aroma and is a heavy yielding tall stretchy plant. We were blown away by the vigor of these plants. LAKC being bred for indoor growing, we were pleased to see LAKC yielded very well, on par with varieties bred for the area. The one downside in the cut is septoria and disease resistance. This was a natural choice to be pollinated by our Chem de la Chem male due to its high yield and great flavor, and lacking disease resistance, the Chem de la chem improved its growth, habit, and disease resistance while complementing the terpenes with a rounded off fruity chem. Growers of LA Chem Cake can expect a more Chemmy LA Kush Cake with similarly large yields. Both the Chem de la Chem and the LA Kush Cake perform well in solventless extraction which allows this variety to see yields up to 4% when washing for hash.
