Botanical Herbs: Nettles (Urtica dioica), Ginger (Zinginer officinalis), Pau d’ arco (Tabebula imputations), Goutweed (Agopodium podigraris), Milky Oats ( Avena sativa)  Grown on our farm: Nettles, Ginger, Milky Oats, Goutweed- (wild harvested)  Has the ability to calm the nerves, heart, stress, anxiety, insomnia. Has the ability to soothe and support Gout, balance PH, Inflammation, Joint pain, Allergies, BPH, UTI’s, candida.High in minerals, iron, magnesium and potassium. Good source of vitamins A, C, K great source of quercetin. Anti-Viral, Anti-Bacterial, Anti-Inflammatory, Antihistamine, Antimicrobial   Nettles Iced Tea Blend Hand-crafted in small batches with wild-harvested nettles and goutweed (gathered during their brief spring window), milky oats from our farm, and ginger grown in our own greenhouse.  The only ingredient we don’t personally grow or harvest is the pau d’arco bark, which we source organically to complete the recipe. Because we keep our standards high, we grow and
