VerTac Carbine 2

The next Carbine 2 class will be held in Sept 2026. Some of the core topics include: Contact Shooting, Striking with a Rifle, Rifle drills while under physical stress, Unorthodox shooting positions, Weapon transition to handgun, Manipulation of rifle with injuries, Multiple targets, Advanced cover positions, AR15 Ballistics, Off axis shooting, and Advanced sling manipulation. Description VerTac Carbine 2 starts where Carbine 1 leaves off. Over the course of 3 days we take the essential skills/foundation and start pushing speed and accuracy with the introduction of dynamic movement, use of cover, shooting on the move and multiple target engagement. Building skillsets on solid fundamentals to create a shooter that can solve problems in real world situations. Students will learn weapons manipulation and fundamentals which will gradually be introduced into dynamic scenarios and exercises geared towards practical self defense and saving lives.
