Tortilla Press Kit - Polished Aluminum with Servilleta

This kit includes an authentic, hand-cast aluminum press which is highly polished and used to make delicious corn (finely ground maize) tortillas. Included in the kit is a colorful "servilleta" napkin to keep the tortillas warm together with a booklet with history, directions and recipes. An ideal gift for creativity and inspiration in the kitchen. Diameter: 6.5'' Simple and Fast Mix equal parts masa corn flour (widely available in grocery stores) with water; make a golf ball-sized dough. Line the press with parchment paper or a ziploc bag cut down the sides. Place the dough in between the paper/plastic, and close the press. Press once, rotate, and gently press again.
