Founded by four friends in Central Spain, 4 Monos is a huge pioneer of organic farming in the Sierra de Gredos region of Spain, producing clean, high-quality wines from its mountainous and rugged terrain. ‘Tinto’ is a silky Garnacha dominant blend, 50% whole-cluster fermented with wild yeasts for 30-40 days, followed by nine months of aging in oak. Fresh and lively, this red-fruited gem is perfect for sipping chilled alongside charcuterie boards.
