Alberto Nanclares creates some of the most age-worthy, saline-tinged wines in all of Galicia, cultivating all vines organically and with some biodynamic principles. Fruit for ‘Soverribas’ comes from 30-year-old west-facing vines rooted in granite and clay soils.
