Gary and Nick Farr focus on producing single-site cuvées from Victoria, spontaneously fermenting all of their wines within their gravity fed winery. The Sangreal vineyard was planted 25 years ago and is the family’s oldest plot. Soils are comprised of limestone and red ironstone, which leads to a wine noted with stemmy and perfumed flavors of red fruit, moist earth, and spice.
