Self-proclaimed ‘Garnachistas,’ Comando G focuses on single-vineyard Grenache, hailing from rugged, mountain top vineyards across Gredos. Fruit for ‘La Bruja de Rozas’ comes from granite-dominant vineyard sites, creating highly aromatic and textured wines. Post hand-harvesting, fruit is spontaneously fermented and aged in oak. The 2017 vintage shows flavors of black fruit, red flowers, pepper, and wet earth. One of Spain’s best producers!
