Headed by Brice Ormont, Domaine des Ardoisieres comprises 13 hectares across Savoie’s steel, sloping hills. Originally from Champagne, Brice brings the same standard of quality to this 20 year old estate. ‘Argile Blanc’ meaning white clay, is refreshing and bright, crafted from equal parts Chardonnay and Jacquere, rounded out with Mondeuse Blanche. Racy acidity and steel texture make the wine perfect with Alpine cheeses and fresh seafood.
