Based in San Luis Amatlan (Oaxaca), Noble Coyote uses four different types of local agave to produce their line of single-origin mezcals, crafted by knowledgeable ‘Maestro Mezcaleros.’ Each bottle depicts the specific agave type, lot, mezcalero, and bottle number, making every creation uniquely authentic. ‘Capon’ is a 7 year old, twice distilled bottling, showing floral aromatics and flavors of dried citrus, lemongrass, and anise.
