White Prefold Diaper Twill

Now you can make your own prefold diapers at home! Our prefold diaper twill is the same wonderful 100% cotton high quality diaper service quality prefolds are made out of, it is soft and thin and has a lovely twill texture, 71" wide. As with regular prefolds you purchase ready-made, this fabric will appear smooth and flat, then "quilt up" and soften with use. Use 6 - 8 layers in a soaker pad for super absorbent fitted diapers. It takes about 1.125 yards to make a single 4x8x4 premium prefold. Pre-Washing Instructions: Wash on hot using the same detergent you'll use with the finished product. Dry, and repeat this process 3- 5 times for optimal absorbency, pre-shrinking, and removal of the natural cotton oils still clinging to the unbleached fibers. Tip: If you are sewing prefolds, you can make them a couple of inches larger than your desired finished prefold and wash after they are sewn.
