ORACAL 651 Oracal 651 Intermediate Cal is a 2.5 mil thick intermediate calendared PVC film. It is considered a permanent vinyl. Oracal 651 is the most popular adhesive vinyl we sell. It cuts and weeds wonderfully. TEST CUT BEFORE YOU CUT YOUR ENTIRE PROJECT CHECK YOUR SETTINGS with a test cut of a capital letter B in a 1" square box. If this weeds easily then your ready to continue with your project.
