Old School Baozhong

Baozhong is the original green oolong from Taiwan. This one is the old-school style— Slightly more oxidized that the modern type: darker, savory, and a pronounced minerality.  Crisp, refreshing, and nuanced, it rides the edge between a green tea and oolong. This one's creaminess adds sophistication.
