So tender, sweet and buttery for salads, sandwiches, wraps & more. Grow in spring and fall. Bred for disease resistance. Kweik is an old variety from Holland Planting Instructions: Sow Kweik Lettuce seeds outdoors in spring & fall every 3 weeks. Sprinkle 1/4" soil on top, keep evenly moist until germinated. Seed Saving Instructions: Allow most vigorous and tastiest plants to bolt & flower. Collect Kweik Lettuce seed when white fluffs form from the flowerheads. Store seeds in a paper or mesh bag in a cool, dark and dry location.
