A member of the Sulphur Cosmos species, Tango boasts scarlet orange blooms that attract pollinators including butterflies. The petals are semi-double. Plants grow to 4 feet across and 4 feet tall, and stems are perfect for cutting. Plus, Tango Cosmos are dryland tolerant and heat tolerant! Deadhead to keep blooms coming until frost. Natural dyers: Tango Cosmos produce beautiful, bright shades of orange and yellow! Grown by Bluebird Dye Gardens in Dolores, CO. Planting Instructions: Direct sow Tango Cosmos seeds 1" deep, 6-12" apart in spring after all danger of frost has passed. Keep moist until germinated. Seed Saving Instructions: Allow Tango Cosmos flowers to fully dry and crumble seed into bucket, or cut entire seedheads. Store seeds in a paper or mesh bag in a cool, dark and dry place. Approx 50 Tango Cosmos seeds per packet.
