This hand-crafted serving board is made from American Walnut and designed with a circular sunken area, hand-holds at its ends, and is finished with food-grade oil and conditioning wax. Allow to air dry completely. Never soak a wooden charcuterie board or put it through a dishwasher. We recommend oiling at least a couple of times a year (depending on frequency of use) with any food-safe oil. We use Howard's Cutting Board Cleaner and Howard's Butcher Block Conditioner or Wax-It-All whenever our boards need deep cleaning and hydration.
