15k and 9k Three Fobs and Split Ring White Chalcedony and Carnelian Carved

Lost in history, bound in myth. That’s what I always think when come across very old things like this fantastic ring of three carved intaglio seals. It makes me a little bit melancholy to think of what stories they could tell that I will never know! Then again, you might have noticed that I’m never adverse to making up their stories for myself!This fantastic pendant contains a 9 karat gold split ring which holds three fobs. The largest of the three fobs is in 15 karat gold and shows a the initial I or J in a belted garter, a sword through the garter has a fist at the end holding a spear which drips with blood! The two smaller seals are in 9 karat gold and the orange carnelian one shows a Lyre with the phrase “All’s Well” while the other has the scripted words ‘Ricordate Di Me’ or ‘Remember Me’, done in chalcedony.
