Antique Victorian Embossed Silver Bangle, Thistles & Leaves

She loved the ocean, but at night its’ power intensified, causing her to shiver a bit. He stepped out to join her. While reaching for it, she warmed at the sight of her own silver bangle encircling the black fabric of her long-sleeved dress at the wrist. This Victorian bangle bracelet was handcrafted around 1880. It features embossed and engraved thistles and leaves with scalloped edges. The back is smooth. This intrinsic piece is 25 mm wide and weighs 34.4 grams. Oval in shape, it will hug a wrist up to 7 inches. It is marked ‘STANDARD SILVER’, and has been acid tested.
