Art Deco Sapphire Diamond Target Ring Platinum Stunning
Today you might hear a ring like this one called a ‘halo’ ring, but back in the early part of the 20th Century when this ring was made, they called them Target rings for their resemblance to a target or dart board. The ring is set with two concentric rings of old European mine cut diamonds, the diamonds are 32 in all and add up to a sparkly 1.0 carats in total weight. At the center of this ring is a bright blue sapphire which measures 6x4x3.2 and weighs about 0.80 carats. The face of this ring measures 14 mm north to south and 14 mm across, it sits 4.5 mm
