It was hand crafted in 9 karat gold with a wonderful shield at the front and striking shoulders that give this ring a touch of grandiosity. This ring measures 13.7 mm north to south and 17 mm across, it sits 2 mm off the finger and narrows to 4.7 mm wide at the back of the band. The ring is fully hallmarks and the marks tell us that it was made in Chester, England in 1900 of 9 karat gold.
