Early Pink Popcorn
Early Pink Popcorn85 to 95 days — 'Early Pink' is a very early popcorn variety which should allow it to mature in higher altitude and northern locations. Its grows to about five feet in height and produces one to two ears per stalk. The ears range from five to seven inches in length producing beautiful, pink to mauve to light purple colored kernels and often have a pearly appearance. A small percentage of ears will be "bearclaw" shaped; another interesting characteristic of this variety. The ears are quite attractive, ornamental, and popular for "country decorating," dried arrangements, fall decorations, bird feeders, wreaths, and other crafts. 'Early Pink' also pops great and tastes good, with a slightly nutty flavor. Each packet contains 0.5 ounces, which is approximately 160 to 170 seeds.
