Description VideoConnex is proud to offer our turn-key Video Conference Solution for Large Conference Rooms, utilizing Microsoft Teams, with the BYOD (Bring Your Own Device). This bundle includes every necessary component to outfit a conference room seating 16-24 users and is fully certified for integration with Teams.  Your turn-key solution is managed by a dedicated VideoConnex PMI-certified project manager, who will oversee the entire project from the commencement through completion. All ordering logistics, planning milestones and installation activities will be managed and provided by VideoConnex, leaving you confident with your new system and functionalities.  Operation Functions Your new solution will allow you to apply a Teams license (customer provided) to the main "brain" of the system, which will place calls to any managed account within your approved network of licenses. Your dual screen configuration will allow you to view user video(s) on one display, while content is viewed on the alternate display.  While the solution utilizes a Teams license, it is also a BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) solution, meaning you can integrate the room's mics, speakers, and camera into your PC, simply by plugging into the provided HDMI/USB cables. Your Crestron 10" touch panel allows for full control of your Teams Integrator's Kit, allowing you to select how you want to view your users/content.  The addition of the Crestron DMPS brings the functionality of your solution to a new level. Bring in additional input sources to your dual displays and/or control your displays via the Crestron touch panel. You can even add on control functions for lighting/shades/etc. Want to share your PC content without being in a Teams call? No problem! Your solution will allow a content-only display, utilizing one or both displays to view your PC content- no calling necessary. Let's talk audio... The integration of the Shure DSP + Mic arrays, along with 8 ceiling speakers, will give you a solid audio solution for a medium to large conference room. Need more Mic Arrays and/or Speakers?? Easy!-- we can definitely handle additional components into this design. This solution utilizes your existing in wall/under floor conduit for cable runs.
